If you are planning to return to In Person practice with the agreement for your Professional Liability Insurance, you may need to complete a Risk Assessment for your clinic or home office.
The Risk Assessment includes suggested measures and is followed by a Contract Appendix describing updated safety measures you are planning to take as well as what is expected of clients if they return.
We have included this information in a letter addressed to clients and provided a letter from group practice owners and clinic landlords to practitioners using their building.
An optional letter to clients informing them that you plan to remain (or return to) exclusively online and templates for emails advising of various situations including contracting Covid-19, having been exposed to Covid-19 and needing to take time off or quarantine away from the clinic are included too.
There is also a Client Acknowledgement wording suggested and legal advice regarding its use and validity.
